Just uploaded a couple of new paintings to my art gallery at pryds.com – among them this one, which is a brand new painting, finished a few weeks ago. Well, actually, the canvas is one third of an old triptych, which I decided had lived long enough, shown in a number of exhibitions through the last six-seven years. So underneath are the reminiscences of the old painting, giving texture to the new one. And so the show goes on...In the calendar for next year, by the way, are three exhibitions I am beginning to prepare new works for – in Vingsted and Århus, and my third solo show in four years in Galleri Lisse Bruun, Copenhagen. The opening of this exhibition is scheduled for the 20th of August 2009, open until 19th of September. Make a note in your own calendar – and see you there!
